Good things, right things, decent things, beneficial things, and correct things never need to be forced, handled, and treated in such a manner.

America is dead. It has been for some time now. And it isn't a Republicans are the only real Americans, or Democrats are the only real Americans, or those disarrayed folk's in the farcical Tea Party are the only real Americans. Each person has lent their hands in the demise of this once great nation that is no longer great.

We have done more than lost our way. We have destroyed something really good. Perverted and corrupted it to such a degree it is forever lost. Like being given something precious and rare and through ignorance and neglect losing that rare thing that was given. All because we were too stupid, to self centered, to gullible to polish, dust off, and dutifully take care of the rare and precious gift given.

And now America consists of battle lines. Labels. Animosity. Polarization that makes a magnet appear flaccid and impotent.

We have been led by vain foolish arrogant men for decades now. And the people have allowed this. They have not only allowed this they have embraced it, always aligning themselves with a flawed and errant man and in the process abandoning their nation, what their nation was created to do and be. And yet all these people still go around touting and professing, "We're number one!" and they haven't a clue as they chant like a trained bird.

And those in Congress, in the White House - no matter if they have an "R" or a "D" after their name have worked, and continue to work at fever pitch breakneck speed at one thing and one thing only - the continued decay and destruction of this once great place, no longer great place they still call America...

So much for representation of, for, and by the people. So much for being a nation of laws.

We are a nation of conniving, calculating schemers, liars, and cheats.

We have become a foolish and evil nation when we once stood for the exact opposite.

And do not deceive yourselves further - there isn't one person that makes politics their profession and career that will alter this destructive course, nor one party, nor one new political party rising up that will save the day, save our nation, and create a better tomorrow.

No one wants to admit it, but if we're good at anything in America it’s living in denial and refusing to be objective and truthful - but America is gone forever and never coming back. It will proceed from this point on to only get worse by the day.
